Kimberly Bellipanni Hargrove, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Licensed Behavior Analyst
Dr. Hargrove is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Doctoral (BCBA-D) as well as a certified School Psychologist for both Will's Way and The Children's Center at the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Hargrove's interests include using behavioral methodologies to help children with Autism and other developmental disabilities, school consultation, and offering training opportunities to various community agencies.
Dr. Hargrove received her training from the University of Southern Mississippi School Psychology Program and afterwards spent a 1-year internship and a 3 year Post-Doctoral fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute, part of Johns Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. While in Baltimore, Dr. Hargrove spent two years working with children with chronic medical conditions as well including brain and spinal cord injuries, and an additional 2 years working in the Pediatric Developmental Disabilities clinic.
When not working, Dr. Hargrove enjoys spending time with her family, listening to live music, and traveling on the weekends.

Dannell Roberts, Ph.D., BCBA-D

Dr. Dannell Speights Roberts is the co-owner and co-founder of Will's Way, LLC. She is a licensed psychologist and a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Mississippi. She provides comprehensive evaluations and behaviorally based therapies to children and adolescents. Dr. Roberts specializes in diagnosing and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Dr. Roberts received her doctorate training from the University of Southern Mississippi School Psychology Program in 2005. She completed an internship at the May Institute in Randolph, Massachusetts specializing in children and adolescents with pervasive developmental disorders and traumatic brain injuries.
Dr. Roberts is the past President of the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi and past Communications Officer of MPA as well as a past member of the Mississippi Autism Advisory committee.
Dr. Roberts is a member of the Mississippi Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association (APA), the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), and the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi (BAAMS).
Dr. Roberts is married to Scott and they have two daughters. She and her family are members of Parkway Heights United Methodist Church.
